Anderson Dahlen continues to re-invest in order to take on more work for a growing base of OEM and end-user customers. Our main facility in Ramsey, MN now includes 100,000ft^2 of additional manufacturing space to house new equipment, additional welding bays, secure assembly areas, and more. We have always strived to provide the highest customer service standards for stainless fabrication, design engineering and integrated assembly under one roof. New Equipment
Anderson Dahlen has always invested in the latest technologies available for in-house stainless steel fabrication. Our increased facility space allows us to add some very large machining equipment with increased milling capabilities such as 4-axis milling, through spindle coolant, probes and machine travel to almost 20 ft. If you have large-scale projects, we want to be your fabrication partner.

New Hires
Bryan Chippendale – Controller
Bryan Chippendale recently joined Anderson Dahlen as our new Controller. Bryan is taking over for David Hegman who is enjoying retirement at his new lake home in northern Minnesota. Bryan is a graduate of University of Minnesota Duluth and has significant experience with a variety of industries. Bryan started his career at a local public accounting firm where he did audit and tax work. He is excited to be working for a privately held manufacturing company that custom builds a variety of products for its customers. Bryan is a great addition to the Anderson Dahlen team.
Don Moore – Operations Manager – Applied Vacuum Division
Don Moore has joined our team as Operations Manager for our Applied Vacuum Division. He will be primarily responsible for manufacturing at our Waconia facility, as well as involvement with vacuum projects at Anderson Dahlen’s recently expanded facility in Ramsey, MN. Mr. Moore is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with a BS in Ceramic Engineering. With over 30 years of operations and engineering experience in the vacuum industry, Don is an ideal fit to help lead our organization which continues aggressive growth in designing and manufacturing custom components, chambers and integrated assemblies for High Vacuum (HV), Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV) and Extreme High Vacuum (XHV) requirements.
Bob Cornish – Director of Quality
Bob Cornish has assumed leadership the role of Director of Quality and Anderson Dahlen. His background includes active military duty in the US Army, serving in South Korea as well as Desert Shield and Desert Storm Operations. He also has extensive training and experience gained by almost 25 years in private industry. As well as professional training which includes Sig Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, numerous Quality Systems (AS9100, ISO9000, ISO13485 and TS16949), Supplier and Resource Management, and System Integration. Bob will be directing our corporate quality system which covers custom component, assembly and integrated equipment manufacturing across a variety of industries – Food, Bio-Pharma, Chemical, Nuclear & Vacuum.
Warren Lawrance – Director of Continuous Improvement
Warren Lawrance is now working in a new position at Anderson Dahlen, focused on continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and quality. He has a B.S. in Industrial Technology, as well as diverse experience in several companies and industries over the last 12+ years. His training includes Lean Manufacturing, 8D Problem Solving, Six-Sigma Green Belt, and other areas of expertise. Warren brings a unique blend of manufacturing engineering, quality and operations which will be leveraged to add efficiency and excellence across all processes and systems.
October Open House – Save The Date
