Key Sanitary Features Include:

  • Front loading seal design
  • CIP capability is standard
  • Cover is free draining in horizontal or vertical port positions
  • Cover seal is a profile design to improve cleanability
  • Rotor/shaft connection is completely sealed from the product zone, which reduces the risk of corrosion
  • Single mechanical seals are standard. Optional double mechanical seals, o-ring, and lip seals also available. Seal types can be changed without additional machining
  • Stainless steel gear case and bearing frame are standard
  • Aseptic fittings available
  • Seal flush and steam-in-place optional

It offers a front-loading seal design with no bearings in the product zone. Operating pressure capacities up to 500 psi (34.5 bar) and a standard 316L stainless steel body and cover make this an attractive hygienic pump option for your most challenging food and beverage industry applications. Assembled and tested in Delavan, WI, with Waukesha 88 non-galling rotors and a standard 304 stainless steel gear case, it provides an ideal fluid transfer solution that can withstand the rigors of daily processing environments.

  • Greased lubed bearings for positive lubrication to all bearings over entire speed
  • Body retaining screws for maintaining mechanical seal contact during inspection
  • Extended outer seal life. A wave spring, instead of an O-ring, mechanically loads the seal
  • Unique mechanical seal design utilizes 2 pin stationary seal and special design shaft for rotary seal
