SPX FLOW 200 Series Centrifugal Pumps

The SPX FLOW 200 Series Centrifugal Pump is the most traditional sanitary pump in the SPX FLOW Waukesha Cherry-Burrell line. It offers excellent quality, great value, and excellent reliability. It’s easy to service and offers superior cleanability.

Featuring a Sealed Impeller

These rugged C-series pumps from SPX FLOW accommodate a wide range of solids and liquids under various flow requirements and deliver long and reliable service with minimum downtime.

Exclusive direct assembly of the impeller-to-motor shaft for maximum rigidity and longer seal life
Precise clearances are ideal for many applications and a wide range of temperatures, up to 450F (232C)
Designed for cleaning in place (CIP)
A stronger JM-type motor has larger bearings and a stronger shaft
Base mounting options available for all sizes
Extra deep impeller eye offers improved inlet characteristics
The design eliminates problems with vibration, short bearing life, low NPSH requirements, high seal maintenance costs, and poor tolerance to adverse operating conditions

Mounting - heavy-duty flange with clamp
Backplate - machined from solid bar 316L stainless steel
Impeller - machined from solid bar 316L stainless steel with five compound curved vanes with integral motor shaft sleeve (2045 has four vanes). Directly bolted to the motor shaft with an impeller retaining nut.

SPX FLOW Waukesha’s Exclusive Impeller Design

This exclusive design delivers superior reliability and long life. The impeller/shaft sleeve is a single piece mounted rigidly on the motor shaft. Unlike C-flange mounted pumps, it stays aligned, performs with less vibration under the most rigorous operating conditions, and maximizes seal life.
