After 45 with Anderson Dahlen, Tom Knoll, president, announced his retirement. With his departure, Jon Nordrum, vice president of operations at Anderson Dahlen for the past three years, has been promoted to president of Anderson Dahlen.

Tom started working at Anderson Dahlen when the Knoll family purchased the company in 1978, and he has served in a leadership role for the past 34 years. His experience and skills in stainless steel fabrication have helped continuously drive the company in areas of added capabilities, facility expansions, and process improvements. His entrepreneurship has helped shaped the company’s growth and diversity.

“Under Tom’s leadership, Anderson Dahlen has become one of the most respected U.S. manufacturers of high-quality stainless steel specialty equipment,” says Tyler Cundiff, president of Integrated Process Group, Gray. “I’m grateful to be given the opportunity by Tom and his brothers, Dave and Bob, as well as the rest of the ADI team, to learn the business and be part of it. We look forward to continuing to learn and grow with Anderson Dahlen as a result of the legacy Tom and his team has built.”

Jon brings over 20 years of experience in streamlining production processes and building high-performance teams. He will lead Gray’s specialty equipment manufacturing arm, which includes Anderson Dahlen and AD Process Equipment. Anderson Dahlen’s leadership team, consisting of Dave Knoll, chief financial officer, Perry Henderson, vice president of sales, and Cari Sather, human resources manager, will continue to work under Jon’s direction to drive Anderson Dahlen forward.

We thank Tom for his dedication and leadership throughout his time at Anderson Dahlen and look forward to a new chapter under Jon’s leadership.
