Over the past seven decades, Anderson Dahlen has grown from a small family-owned metal fabricator to a sophisticated and highly capable manufacturing company. Providing custom component fabrication and equipment integration for companies involved in food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, heavy-duty industrial, high and ultra-high vacuum, and other markets.

During the current COVID-19 pandemic severe impact to the economy, Anderson Dahlen has continued manufacturing essential fabrication projects supporting the food, pharmaceutical, nuclear, semiconductor and other critical industries. We are already being asked to have Made in the USA included on some customer invoices. Urgent build to print projects have been quoted where we have to go source metric fittings because the systems were being built outside the USA. The move to bring manufacturing closer to home is already in progress. Being a vertically integrated, totally US based manufacturing facility will position Anderson Dahlen for the rebuilding and recovery of Americas economy.

We recently reorganized our Sales, Applications Engineering, and Estimating groups into more focused roles. Project Managers have traditionally been the primary contacts for our customers, and they will continue to manage operational functions and communicate actively with customers. The dedicated sales team will provide improved responsiveness to technical inquiries, requests for quotes, and new business opportunities with existing partners and new prospects. Customers also benefit from Project Managers focusing their full attention and effort on delivering existing orders.

In addition to acquiring some seasoned veterans, we are also working with local schools and programs to onboard new talent. We had three interns last summer and are working with Anoka Technical College to team with vocational training for the skills we need in welding, machine operations, finishing, quality control, and testing.
